Help with GroceryPlate.
Email supportEmail support@cedararcade.com to report a problem. Include the app version or TestFlight build, device model, iOS/iPadOS version, the screen involved and the exact error message. Remove private receipt, household and photo details from screenshots. Never send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary private backups.
Review every suggested food before adding it. Change its name when needed, then confirm the quantity, unit and storage location yourself. If a photo finds nothing useful, cancel or enter items manually. Captured photos are temporary; confirming an item saves Pantry inventory, not a photo in Photos.
Plan a meal, review any missing items and follow the cooking steps. Record consumption only when you choose to update stock; use Undo if you made a mistake. Timers help while cooking but do not promise a background alarm.
Before replacing data with an imported backup, export your current data if you want to keep a separate copy. Don't delete the app to troubleshoot unless you understand that local plans, pantry items and progress may be lost.
